To provide outsourcing services (now called Specialized Services under the new regulation) the supplier must be registered and approved through a REPSE (Registry of suppliers of specialized services) issued by the Labor Ministry of the Federal Government.
REPSE

Getting a REPSE is not an easy task, to get it a supplier must pass an “astringent audit” performed by the Tax Office (SAT), the Social Security (IMSS) and the Housing Institute (INFONAVIT)
